This is remarkable pain relief cream. I’ve been utilizing various Hemp creams and patches for years with minimal positive effects. I continued searching for the perfect pain relief pads and creams with little success and then I discovered this brand of nerve pain relief cream. Now, it’s a bit different cream and I’m not going to embellish this product or my review, but surprisingly this product has worked when others didn’t. Here’s a little background history, I served in the Army for twenty-two years and fought in the jungles of Vietnam and have sustained numerous GSW and have endured 33 operations, so I understand pain. This nerve pain cream isn’t the end all golden bullet for pain, but it comes darn close and works for me. Amazingly it starts working within a matter of and few minutes and a little amount of the cream goes a long way. The downside, it doesn’t last as long as I wish it would, but having pain relief for three or four hours makes life manageable. I will continue using this until something better comes along, if possible, but the old adage is “if it works, don’t fix it” certainly applies for this product.

This cream is just okay for me and I will use it but not purchase it again. I have burning in my feet and legs which never seems to truly abate. This cream helps somewhat but is not long lasting.

After a foot surgery, I was using another brand and ran out. Couldn’t find the same product, it was sold out, so I searched for similar products. I ordered this product after reading many reviews and I don’t regret it. It is very smooth, not greasy and fast absorbed into the skin. It has a great minty smell that makes you feel relaxed immediately, and it calms my neuropathy pretty fast. I apply it onto my foot 2-3 times a day, specially at night before bed, it helps me sleep all night without feeling neuropathy. I highly recommend it!
