I like these patches, they do help calm down aching and throbbing pains and cramps in knees, ankles, and the neck. The only thing I do not like about them is the smell, and the stickiness on the skin. They hurt when peeling them off. In my opinion, they are stronger than the cream and so I will make another purchase to place on my shoulders (first time) and to use again on my neck, knees, and ankles. They are worth the price charged. The smell is somewhat bearable for me though. I can tolerate the smell because of the effectiveness of the patches reducing my pains for a time. / 5 Stars! ♥ I’ll use Anything I can Find that’s effective and Natural, to keep me from receiving pain injections and surgery which have been recommended, but I say NO! No Thank You. / Prayers Daily. ♥

Works great! Live the sleeve that eases my knee pain while super securing patches. I use one patch on bottom knee and one just above.

Sorry not feeling any heat. This is my first day so maybe it will change but not sure how unless it’s a defective patch. The sleeve is very comfortable and even though the patch isn’t radiating any real heat my knee pain seems to be lessening. So maybe the herbs are enough. Also,it stinks. Sitting in my easy chair trying to figure out what the fuel like smell was and where it was coming from. It’s the patch

This item was recommended by a friend. Right now it’s helping with the pain associated with bone on bone knees until the knee replacement is done. These Knee Patches really do help!
